Into the Woods: A Women's Weekend Away

October 4-6th, 2019 @ Red Pine Retreat in Landgrove, VT

Join Leah for a heart centered weekend that's all about you!

Take some time for yourself - slow down, connect with nature, and relax.

Life is so busy and full of demands that we don't often slow down and pay attention to ourselves.

This weekend is all about that. It's all about you!

All meals will be provided - all you need to do is show up, just as you are.

Join us! You'll be glad you did.

Red Pine Retreat is located on 10 acres of land that is surrounded by National Forest so it really is an escape from the chaos and busyness of life.  It is a wonderful spot to connect with nature and reconnect with yourself.  The leaves will be at peak foliage this time of year and at night the sky is filled with a million stars.  There is a spacious front porch, a screened in house by the babbling brook, and a hammock near the pond - all invitations for you to slow down and land here.  You will be immersed in the beauty and peacefulness of nature for the whole weekend.

The weekend begins on Friday, October 4th with a welcome dinner and an evening activity. It will wrap up on Sunday, October 6th around 4PM.

During your time at Red Pine Retreat you will enjoy:
Yoga classes
Guided meditation
Creative activities
Mindfulness sessions
Forest bathing (or what we used to call "a walk in the woods")
Free time for journaling/reflecting/relaxing
Evening bonfires
Homemade vegetarian meals
Fresh pressed juices

Leah Bokenkamp will be facilitating the weekend and she is thrilled to have Kari Pike and Lela Hughes joining her to assist with this retreat. Kari blends her experience in business, yoga, parenting, and mindfulness to help others learn strategies to thrive as human beings while accomplishing their goals.
